In 2020, Capabilitix was founded by current CEO and President Maike DeMaria because she saw a need in the North Alabama community for a Business Development and operational support company that would put the customer’s mission first. Maike’s entrepreneurial spirit stems from multiple moves as a spouse of an Armed Forces member and her early years as a Project Manager in Germany. During her 38-year international professional career, she worked in large corporations, non-profit organizations, and small businesses in various leadership positions. These experiences and lessons learned in the diverse fields of business built the foundation for Maike’s business ethics.
